BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. A deposit of one third is required to confirm the booking and the balance is payable six weeks before arrival. Please make cheques payable to Langfield Manor.
2. Changeover day is Saturday unless otherwise agreed.
3. Your room will be ready for you to occupy by 2.30pm. However you are welcome to leave your luggage and make use of our facilities before that time.
4. Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am. However, you are welcome to leave your luggage and make use of our facilities after that time.
5. Bedding and towels are supplied but please bring swimming and beach towels.
6. All male or female parties are accepted by special arrangement only.
7. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the loss of any amenities and no refunds can be made.
8. Langfield Manor has ample private parking space for the exclusive use of its guests.
9. We regret that the Manor house is not suitable for pets.
10. Guests are kindly requested not to smoke in or near the Manor House.
